Payment

Payment of the registration fees should be made in euros to the beneficiary before June 15, 2016.
Payments can be made by credit card through the secure on-line registration system « Paybox » managed by the University of Rouen. All bank charges must be covered by the transmitter. Confirmation of registration upon receipt of payment.

The registration fee includes:

• Access to all lectures, poster sessions, and exhibition stands
• Book of abstracts
• Conference materials
• Welcome reception on Sunday 17th at
• Mid session refreshments. Lunch on Monday, and Wednesday.

Cancellations

All cancellations of Symposium registration must be sent in writing to the symposium secretariat before May 1 , 2016. Payment will be refunded minus an administrative fee of 50 €. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the conference secretariat of a change of name.
